'These cute cabins were just right; beds were comfortable and had different pillows to choose from, kitchen had basic items necessary for mealtime, shower was quaint and clean. We enjoyed the swing on the front porch and the hot tub. The Wi-Fi worked great, we never had any issues. The host was helpful and kind. I'm so glad we chose this place and would absolutely stay again.'

'David’s home was so beautiful! We didn’t feel like we were in a tiny house at all. We had pretty much everything we needed. Our favorite spot was the porch with views of Pike’s Peak. The AC unit was awkward and while it cooled the living area, it didn’t cool the bedrooms well. We had the windows open but they didn’t help much. Luckily it wasn’t too hot and we could deal with it. 'I had a picture in my mind of the view, the home, the porch and the feel...ticked all the boxes. It was big enough, comfy, cozy and felt like a home away from home. Not to mention the view and the grounds. Wow!! The morning coffee and resting after adventures on the wrap around porch were so delightful, breathtaking and calm. "It’s a beautiful location with one of a kind views. Large and nicely appointed rooms. A/C/heater, fridge and several power outlets did not work. Even after informing the front-desk, these issues were not taken care of. Staff and front-desk manager seem not to care. Because of the great location we nevertheless extended our stay by one night and were told to come back later in the afternoon as we would move to the room above. We were totally fine with this. Upon checking in in the afternoon, front-desk informed us that nok room was available, except for a suite that would be way more expensive. When being overbooked, you expect a hotel to offer the suite at the same rate as the originally booked room. This did not happen, even not after talking to the front-office manager. It’s such a shame for such a beautiful property. If you charge the rates of a 5 star, 5 diamond hotel, then you should also deliver this service standard. With more care, better trained and professional employees and by going above and beyond this can be a great place, but based on our experience we will never come back. "
