'Staff is amazing. Location is very convenient in the city center. Great breakfast with lots of tasty choices (except for the coffee, which is quite bad).
Gym is very reasonable and adequate (open 24/7).
Only problem is inconsistent stream of hot water - the hot water in the shower is sometimes pulsating, making the showering experience unpleasant (this issue wasn't present at all times, but rather at certain days and times. However, it happened several times during my stay). '

'Very good location, close to bus stop to airport, to train station and city centre. The hotel is in a neighborhood, the room is very clean, good value for money.The staff is very helpful, I had the room in the morning when arrived. Good choice for short stay.'

'We booked a one BR Apartment for a family of 4 including 2 kids (5 yo).
The apartment and the bathroom was spacious and fully equipped. The sofa bed in the living room converted to a pull out bed (unfortunately it is the most uncomfortable bed for 2).
The location of the hotel is excellent, with 2 minutes walk to the famous Arbat Street.
There are plenty of supermarkets around, with a huge Magnum store just across the road in Lumier building. '

'We loved our stay here. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and assist us. The breakfast was the most extensive buffet we have ever seen; we were shocked that there had been negative reviews. The location is great. There is a nice park across the street and it’s a short walk to many great sights. '

'Ich habe kürzlich ein paar Tage in diesem Hotel verbracht und bin absolut begeistert. Schon beim Check-in wurde ich herzlich empfangen, das Personal war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Mein Zimmer war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Ich komme definitiv wieder und kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!'
