'This B&B was centrally located, clean,safe and quiet. However, even though I knew there would be no breakfast, I thought that like most B&B’s there would be the possibility of coffee or tea in the morning. There was no one home to welcome us or give information about nearby restaurants, etc. Why take the reservation if you can’t provide the amenities most B&B’s feature?'

'We are two grandmas who love to walk and this apartment was the perfect base for DC exploration. It was also clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Eric is a great host who was helpful with our planning and quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely recommend to family and friends. '

'We loved the convenient location to my daughter’s college. The rental was super clean & cute. There was an issue with the noise from upstairs renters, but when contacted the owner it was addressed. The beds were not comfortable but everything was clean and included what we needed for our stay. 'For the price, the place was not great. Limited kitchen supplies (ex. only 4 cups, no can opener). Not particularly clean. Noisy from traffic noise, mattresses too soft, and not a great neighborhood. '
