He had a coughing fit due to something with the pillow, and needed to go down to the front desk to ask for a change, he did not get the warmest reception for this request. Also, he said there was a lot of road noise, due partly to the fact that the window did not close all the way. He tried to speak to a manager but was told they were unavailable. 'It is a beautiful hotel. The pool and jacuzzi were lovely. It’s very clean. The housekeepers very nice . The hospitality is superb. Five stars from me. The mall and other things to do are very close. Me and my husband love Annapolis. It’s beautiful and peaceful for a staycation.'
