'Stayed during the craziness of the Jack Johnson concert but the staff were efficient and extremely kind and helpful. They definitely handled the influx of a large crowd smoothly and maintained top notch customer service. It was also very clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!'

'We liked that this hotel had suites with King beds, and a separate bedroom. Unfortunately the bedroom had a glass door with an odd see thru curtain which didn't provide privacy for changing, or overnight. The room smelled quite musty and the carpet seemed damp. In the washroom the ceiling above the shower was damaged, as were the walls in a few areas. We appreciated the amount of space in the room, but thought the hotel needs a refresh. 'This was a wonderful stay, a true 5 star place. Very clean except for all the cobwebs on the patio but that was minor. We loved staying here. No breakfast but great coffee. We loved standing out on the patio watching the boats go in and out of the lake and listening to the birds in the trees to the south of the hotel. We would definitely stay here again. all of the staff were super helpful.'

'Our only complaint was with the pullout sleeper sofa. The mattress on it was horrible. My daughter could feel every coil & spring as she tried to sleep. I asked the front desk for a blanket to offer some comfort to the mattress but, they only had one thin blanket…Otherwise, everything else was fine.'

'Parking was lacking, there was no where to really park. Lota of trailers. Had booked a normal room, but was upgraded to a suite due to a mixup with our room, so that seemed nice. Pleasant concierge. The suite was the last suite on the floor. You can tell it doesn't get used much, as there was a thin layer of dust on everything. Only 1 elevator. Room was fairly clean, but the public hallways were very dirty. (Stained and not vaccumed recently) Bed seemed comfortable until you actually tried to...

'Staff was so friendly, and breakfast was actually really good, and beds were comfortable. We stayed in a double queen basic room and the bathroom was very small and had black mold in the caulking and on the ceiling of the shower, walls aren’t soundproof, you will hear your neighbors, and the carpet felt sticky on bare feet, easy fix just wore my flip flops the entire time. I wouldn’t stay again but only because it was further away than we thought from our family that live in Breezy.'

'This was such a cool place to stay. Very nice conversion. It’s walking distance to downtown and the river. The bath towels are bath sheets and very thick. What a wonderful luxury. Thank you! The nightlight in the bathroom and the ceiling fan were great! Our personal suggestions: Less confirmation emails. A chair to watch TV. A microwave. I am 50/50 on the contactless stay but my emails were responded to quickly.'
