'Negative from the get-go. This is a motel 6 not a hotel Blu. Loud music. Two floors up came into my room. It's all about the Bass. Chair was unusable. It's been worn out. Shabby and run down this place. Bait and switch again, not a Hotel Blu.'

'Run absolutely disgusting filled with spiders roaches and ants. Side table had no power phone didnt work beds were dirty. When addressed with the hotel staff at the front desk we were told they could do nothing about it. For this supposedly being a high class Hotel and charging the amount of money that they are I would be better off staying at a Motel 8 as it's the same condition but at least a lot cheaper the only plus side was the pool being pretty cool.'

'I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. From the outside, it didn't look like anything special, but it exceeded my expectations in several ways. The check-in process was quick, easy, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which immediately made for a positive stay. 'The property was neat and clean. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was good and better than most at other motel chains where we have stayed. There was a burned out bulb in a lamp, the digital readout on the clock was not functioning properly, and a window shade would not go up or down properly.
