'We had a quick but great stay at the Nittany Lion Inn. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff was very helpful (especially in getting my daughter's wallet, which was left at Rec Hall, returned to her) and friendly. We had lunch at Whiskers. Our waiter Jack was attentive and the food was tasty. The brunch buffet in the dining room was very good!'

'My husband and I had to make a last minute trip from Mass to Pennsylvania and bring our boxer who weighs in at about 100 lb. We were nervous never done a pet friendly before the staff was so kind friendly helpful they made you feel welcomed and I recommend it to anybody. Only drawback the mattresses need to be replaced in our room at least everything was clean but they are starting to droop in the middle other than that it was wonderful and we notified the woman at the desk and she was wonderful...

'We had an issue with Expedia at check in. The front desk couldn’t find our reservation so we had to call Expedia and they emailed something to the front desk. After that annoying hiccup everything was great! They have a huge pool and kid area similar to a splash pad. Nice trail to walk behind hotel. Would definitely come again just probably won’t book through Expedia. '

'This was a great place to stay for a night! We appreciated the helpfulness of the staff (though we had a hard time figuring out where to check in). The fridge in our room was loud but the ac helped to drown out the noise. There weren't many amenities (no breakfast or lounge area, no pool or exercise room) but the facility itself was nice and overall a comfortable place to stay.'
