'We have been coming here since our kids were young. We love the convenience. The property is clean and beautifully decorated. The staff is amazing. Housekeeping does an amazing job. Although the kitchen was short staffed, we were able to still get our breakfast and coffee. Perfect location since everything's nearby.'

'The breakfast food ran out too quickly and took a long time to replenish. The line to make waffles was very long and slow. I never had the opportunity to make a waffle. Kristopher, at the front desk, was always extremely helpful and friendly. He provided the best service when compared to the others who were assigned there. He always greeted us and smiled. Others did not do that. '

'This place was amazing. They accommodated every thing we needed. We are handicapped and traveling with our daughter and three grandchildren. They gave us adjoining rooms and it made it super convenient for us. Would recommend this hotel for all close to a Hershey Park and restaurants and fun. '
