'The carpet in the room was a little sticky. The bed was very comfortable. I was disappointed that the room smelled like smoke despite the fact that it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The continental breakfast in the morning was okay. Overall I got what I paid for.'

'Well, we’ve stayed at this hotel quite a few times and have always been pleased even though it’s quite expensive but you’re at the airport so it’s convenient, but this time we checked in and the room was good but the housekeeping did not do a good enough job because they left somebody else’s soap scum in there and their old bar soap and the floor was all soapy and there was hair all over. It was disgusting. I told the front desk and she acted like it was no big deal.'
