"We stayed in Chalet number 12! Two good beds, nice chimney for the colder nights (gas). Good Wifi. A decent fridge to store some food/drinks. No TV, why you need it anyway after long hikes, a decent restaurant and a magnificient view! Parking in front of the chalet or nearby Bathroom had a shower/tub and a decent sink. It was all refurbished recently. The restaurant is nice, the view is absolutly amazing and all staff very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast is not included and a la cart, really recommendable! The menu in the evening is fine. The indian dahl didnt fell well but for the rest nothing to complain. The location is fine and quiet. 15min from Hinton if you want to get some gasoline or groceries, 30min Miete Hot Springs (recommendable) and then 40-45min to Jasper. We had a 7 day trip in Banff, Jasper and Yoho park we stayed three nights in Overlander and loved it. Jasper was astonishing, less touristic more nature lovers and more wild life. No matter where you stay you have to drive and the daily drive to Jasper was a lust for the eye. To comeback and enjoy the restaurant is never a punishment. We definitly recommend it! Thanks to all the staff we just know two names Sarel, Fenix and the two ladies in the evening (Philippine speaking). The photos dont do justice to the real view because thats even more beautiful!"

"We booked this hotel so we could still be quite near to Jasper National Park since most affordable options around Jasper were no longer available. I do have to say that it is a longer drive to Jasper (1h). The hotel in itself was good, all the amenities you could need were available. The room was clean. We had a larger room with sleeping facilities at the front of the building, the street can be quite noisy. Breakfast is served in the restaurant next door. It's a basic breakfast, nothing wrong with that. Only thing that did bother me is the throw away cutlery when claiming to trying to be green."

"Prima hotel op een rustige locatie. Op loopafstand van diverse eetgelegenheden en 5 minuten rijden van de welbekende shopping mall. Kamers zijn ruim en netjes. Alles oogt nieuw en goed onderhouden. Personeel is vriendelijk. Ontbijt had een ruime keuze en ook nog eens voldoende zitplaatsen. Van het zwembad hebben we geen gebruik gemaakt, maar zag er prima uit. Wifi doet het ook prima. Helaas geen koffie in de lobby. Wel is er een koffiemachine op de kamer."
