'We had an amazing time! I came for a girls trip but saved the listing for future family trips. There was lots to do at the house and the communication with the owners was top tier! Bonus: we had a good thunderstorm our second night that made the power go out.. thank goodness there was a generator! About 30 seconds after the power went out, we heard it kick on! 'Marie is an amazing host. There is so much thought and care displayed at the property. Prior to my visit Marie provided a great list of restaurants and places close by. The little details to make my stay enjoyable didn’t go unnoticed (like leaving a flash light to take my dog outside at night). As a pet owner having a vacuum and various supplies available was such a bonus. The cottage was clean and cute. The view of the lake was relaxing and beautiful. I even saw a hummingbird.
