'Attached to the hotel is the Governor's restaurant (the pictures that show bakery items under glass). Pool and hot tub are well maintained, I see maintenance and staff all around the property from early hours until late. Grab and Go breakfast choices on par with many breakfast options from most hotel chains. Super awesome desk staff, Genn and Julie were very helpful with sites for various topics around town, and requests. '

'Nice room, spacious and comfy beds. Nice large porch/deck off of the first floor room, though no lounge chairs or seating options. Room had an undesirable chemical-like scent (perhaps this is b/c the room was in close proximity to the pool and laundry/facilities area). Staff are very nice. Good breakfast options. '

'I booked this stay for my daughter and her family’s visit. We live in the next town but don’t have room for them to stay. Birchwood Farms was perfect! Denise and Bruce are wonderful, friendly hosts and not only gave a tour of their farm but my daughter and her 8 year old were delighted to have a horseback ride on Finnegan. They’d be happy to stay again on a future visit. '
