'Kamer was schoon, en koelkastje aanwezig. Men was bezig met werkzaamheden maar weinig last van gehad. Het eten in restaurant had weinig variatie.'

'We stayed in the superior Multiple bed room for 4 people. It was a nice rustic stay with comfortable beds. We had heat and air and a mini fridge in our room. We also had a personal bathroom in Mona lake B.There was a share kitchen on site that we could use if we wanted. Be prepared for the stairs, but all was fine. Just know there are stairs to get everywhere. The lodge café was amazing to ha ve with water station and ice. We splurged and used the spa. Extra fee, but worth it. We would...

'Hotel stonk naar rook. Steak restaurant was echt heel erg duur en heel erg slecht. Zelf vinden ze dat ze het beste steakhouse in de regio zijn. Geen idee waarom. Alles was uit pakjes, vermoed dat de spinazie die bij het vlees zat uit blik was. Een afrader dit hotel. '

'We were unpleasantly surprised that this hotel only provides housekeeping service every other day. During our checkin we were not informed about this. We only found out when we returned to our room and it wasn’t serviced. In addition the hotel.com website lists that this hotel offers daily housekeeping ; which is not factual. And the official website of the hotel doesn’t mention this downgraded service. All very disappointing.'
