'Horrible customer service from a so called FD Supervisor. Pool was always dirty. The FD supervisor was so disrespectful and disgusting to the point where I will complain to Hyatt and Pritzker. 'No coffee in the room Coffee bar was supposed to be open 24 hr, however no one was available at 8:30 am The person at the reception desk pretending not to see us , so after waiting for about 20 min we decided to leave'

'We had to move to another room the second night, as the toilet was not functioning when we moved in. The staff was great, but didn’t have a comparable room for us until the next day. Staff was great!'

'2nd day in hotel did not clean hotel right no trash bags where in the bins and 3rd no beds were made, trash still in room with no clean towels brought to the room was disgusting, unsure if i would want to come back'
