We went from there to the Waterpark, where there was staff with cleaning supplies in hand, wiping down tables and mopping up floors in the surrounding areas. The lobby, spa area and gift shop were also very clean. The staff was very friendly and met all of our requests for extra amenities. 'My stay with my kids was great. The front desk was so welcoming and provided all the details about amenities at the start of our stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The pool area was a hit with the kids - it has an indoor/outdoor pool. The only downside to that is you can't see one side from the other which made it really hard to keep an eye on the kids as they saw back and forth. But the area was very clean and plenty of towels were stocked. There is also a bathroom and water fountain....
