'We had a multi-night stay in Cadillac. Hotel rooms are dated; but they’re currently working on a remodel. The pool room is definitely in need of a renovation- the hand rail on the right side of entering the pool isn’t even attached to the cement anymore. Our shower was not only unclean, but after cleaning it we found out it didn’t drain so they said they would move us to another room with a working shower. 'The room was spacious, clean, and safe for my 90 yo mom. The kitchenette was wonderful! Our room was quiet as was the hotel, the hotel is in a quiet location even tho it’s close to the airport. Our room had a view of a little lake with geese on it. I cannot say enough about how ACCOMMODATING, FRIENDLY, and CUSTOMER ORIENTED the hotel staff at the front desk was!!!
