'Everything was fine until we where leaving. The elevator was not working. I had just had back surgery a few weeks ago. With the elevator I had to go down four flights of stairs. It hurt me so bad that I was in so much pain that i could hardly walk. We ended up leaving and going home. We had planed on spending the day shopping and enjoying are selfs. 'I was most impressed with the parking situation. I was concerned before arriving that parking and loading and unloading over 300# of luggage and gear would be a problem, but that was not the case at all. The area reserved for use in the parking ramp was on the same level as our room, so rolling our cart from the car to the room every day was quite a simple chore. Other than that, the room was clean, comfortable, roomy, and well furnished. And the staff was friendly and very helpful.'
