'Paul and his staff couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful! Lovely old stately home converted to BnB, with delightful breakfast next day. The suites are large and very comfortable and just dripping with classic furnishings appropriate to a late 19th century stately home.'

'The surrounding area looks economically depressed and we had some initial concerns about safety. Check in was easy. We were provided with two keys for the front door and room door. The house is well maintained and in keeping with original design. We stayed in the wine and roses room which is next door to the kitchen. If you like to sleep in, this is not the room for you due to breakfast noise. The breakfast was good and timely. There was a hot option (bread pudding and chicken and herb sausage)...

'The ground of the property looks well kept however, the inside looks dark with unpleasant odor. When I rang the door bell the hosts opened the door and I didn't feel welcome. She didn't introduce herself, after a while having conversation with her I had to asked for her name. She didn't tell me where to park but she told me not to park in her parking. I left the property and didn't stay there. I went and find another bed and breakfast that I felt welcome and safe.'

'Staff were always available and very helpful. Accommodations were old but cozy and comfortable. Breakfast was family style at a large table and it was fun talking with other travelers. Food was good and filling.'

'Just like it's name, this B and B is alongside the Erie canal. The room was large, with a nice seating area had a kitchenette and a very comfortable bedroom. Little Falls City is a lovely area in the Mohawk Valley of New York State and is very walkable. I would recommend staying in this B&B if you find yourself in the area.'

'Beautiful property, felt like home. The breakfast was delicious! They even surprised us with cake for our wedding anniversary. The towels and sheets smelt amazing! '

'Nothing was as shown or described. There was no TV to watch . There was a small flat screen TV that sat on a small coffee table, unplugged, with no where to plug it in. There was only one outlet in the entire room, which had an old tiny mini refrigerator plugged in and so that I could plug in my phone charger. The room was not even the room advertised. It was a tiny room, not swept or vacuumed, no top sheet on the bed, broken window taped up, along with the broken blinds. There was absolutely no...

'It is a charming hotel, with actual metal keys. Much more personal than a chain hotel. The television signal was not consistent, which was not surprising for the hilly location. We really enjoyed our stay. The town has many small shops, eateries which are worth enjoying'
