Luxe hotels in Central New York State

'This place gets a very unfair rap. I loved every bit of my stay. May say it lacks employees and I think that’s the best part. There’s not a bunch of people in your face. It literally felt like me and my wife rented out the whole entire resort. The room was extremely spacious. Unnecessary corner space by the fridge. Not sure what they could put there. But it’s plenty of room for cartwheels lol. My favorite part of the room was the Steam Room/Shower. That was by far the highlight. The soundproof...

'In room 205 at Forest Haus, there is no curtain over the balcony door window. Because of this it got very bright in the room as soon as the sun came up. There were also lady bugs all over the room. They didn’t really bother us but also didn’t expect that. '

'The hotel renovation are great. The bed was very comfortable and the room itself was clean and had all the amenities needed. The staff were very friendly and of course we received our chocolate cookies. I would recommend the hotel to anyone staying in Utica. The bonus is that the hotel is walking distance to Utica Coffee, amazing coffee.'
