'The room was so lovely. Beautifully decorated, comfortable, and I loved the shower. The restaurant where i had my meals, The Emerald was so attentive to my dietary needs and sensitivities and the waitstaff was so kind.'

'The hotel was very nice. The bathroom was very spacious and the room was spacious as well. However, the rug in the room had some worn and stained spot. There was only two sets of bath, hand and wash towels another set would have been nice. The issue we had was there is no clear signage or directions at the hotel area to let you know where to park, where to check in how to get to other areas within the hotel, how to get from one hotel to the other, no indoor connection no instructions or...

'This hotel surpassed our expectations! Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Impeccable vibes. Sauna and hot tub aided relaxation. Pool table was a fun touch as well. Looking forward to returning in summer months. '

'We had a lovely time at Hope Lake Lodge. My issue was with Expedia! They booked us into a room that the lodge no longer had available. We ended up in a smaller room. The staff at the lodge told us they had been dealing with Expedia’s screw up all day long!'

'Ski slopes were easy to get to. Amenities on this property were good. There were a lot of Asian Lady Beetles found in the room that was concerning, but overall the place okay. Would have liked more space, especially an area to place muddy shoes. Some of the amenities we had to ask for someone to start the fire, or it just stayed off. No reception on the property other than WiFi. '
