'I had reservations for one night. When we arrived the desk clerk gave us a room where the door had obviously bee kicked in, and the lock was broken. He said it was the only room available- after appearing to try to study the computer for several minutes. He suggested we just use the inside latch. When we said we were going somewhere else I asked for him to write down some statement that no room was available- so if I was charged for it, I had something. He finally gave me a 0$ balance due...
