'Room was comfortable. Pool and hot tub out of order. Fridge was turned off and very smelly. Did not stock breakfast items. '

'We checked in close to 1:30 am and although I messaged the property through the app, I did not get any acknowledgment so I had to chase down a human to talk to. Eventually got the confirmation I needed that it was ok to check in late (in property details notification it said check in after midnight was not allowed.) desk attendant was nice enough but not professional in appearance. Room was clean but the hallways and doorways were pretty beat up. Decor was dated and showed lots of wear and tear....

'For the price there were some discouraging aspects to the property. The flange on the tub was hanging off. We were called on noise disturbances when we were in bed. Before check out time a maid walked into room to clean without knocking.'

'This is a nice place, comfy beds. One design flaw: The iron mounted in the closet blocks hanger space, which is already quite limited. No microwave in the room, which isn’t really necessary anyway. There’s one in the lobby. No hot breakfast, but enough options to get the day started.'

'First assigned room the bathroom smelled like urine & feces. Remainder of building had dust film and smudge marks EVERYWHERE. The gym equipment was old and broken down (all displays were broken). Overall the property needs a SERIOUS REFRESH. Old TVs old furniture etc. Bedding and beds was good / modern / clean. AM Breakfast was BRUTAL .. NO PROTEIN OPTIONS -- like NONE (no eggs sausage etc) Think Fruit loops and cheerios !!! 1 star rating !!'
