'Be warned pool is broken, has been non-operational for some time with no clear timeline to be fixed according to front desk. We picked this hotel for the access to the pool and the breakfast. Breakfast did not have hard boiled eggs or yogurt and the waffle maker don’t work well and the batter stuck to the griddle. For a continental that’s poor. Not even an offer for a discounted rate since it was advertised to have a working pool, no offer to use a sister hotels pool either, there are several...

'I was a guest for 2 weeks. The staff cleaned my room twice. I could never seem to get clean towels, wash clothes, etc. I would put used towels outside my door and they would pick them up, but never left clean replacements. I had to go to the front desk nearly nightly to get clean ones. I had to put garbage in the hall to get it picked up. Not a good look for an extended stay guest!'
