'The room was clean however there was no bath towels and it was an inconvenience at 10 o’clock at night to call main lobby and was told that they were washing the towels and we needed to pick them up. That was ridiculous for us not to have an organized room with bath towels. Also the toilet cover was yellow and dirty.
