'We paid over 1400 dollars for two nights were placed on the top floor where all night throughout our stay there was a lot banging noise so loud that my family and I were not able to sleep. Spoke to staff multiple times regarding this and they only gave us a comp for one night parking for 40 dollars. Very displeased and dissatisfied. If you want to waste money on a hotel for no sleep this is definitely your place.'

'Front desk was terrible. Had to wait for the staff to show up. Went to the front desk attempting to ask for the rest room location. The front desk lady was on the phone waiting for someone to answer her call on the other end. She just deliverately ignored me, not even a gesture to wait. She just looked down and didn’t do any eye contact. No room cleaning on the last day. Had to call 3 times for a new towels and waited almost an hour to receive it. Terrible experience in this hotel.'
