'Online the room that we booked looked bright and clean. However upon checking in (which did not include being face to face with anyone) there were bugs all over the outside of our door so when we entered they all flew right into our room. The second we walked in we could smell a old musty smell along with a muggy feeling inside. The surfaces in the room were dusty and the bathroom did not look like it had been cleaned. We turned on the ac to try to get rid of the muggyness and that only made the...

'There was no breakfast, sauna was not working. Staff said that they were converting to a retirement village and it was advertised on his website that there was no breakfast, etc but on vrbo site I saw these things. No fire also. Basically cheaper places elsewhere. Wouldn't bother going back and no pleased with false advertisement.'

'This was a wonderful stay. Everyone, from front desk check in, to bartender, to Starbucks barista were warm, inviting, friendly, and helpful. The room was spotless. Appointed as advertised, and well cared for each day. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed overall. '
