'This camp had everything we needed. The docks were perfect for our two boats. Great location for a weekend of fishing. The walls upstairs are open at the top, which meant not much privacy while sleeping. Bring earplugs if you’re staying with noisy sleepers! '

'Our family had a wonderful week at Camp Happy! Everything we needed was there. Outside, we spent the days using the SUPs, kayaks, Lily Pad float. We relaxed on the deck for countless hours, along with the other lounging areas. There was ample room at the docks for our boat rental and fishing. I do want to note that if old, the many steps from the house are steep. My 83 year old mom managed them fine, but we usually helped her. She really loved sitting up on the deck overseeing the activities...

Very nice place everything you need you can find in this home from cookware to glassware, baking needs.. i was reading lot's of reviews about this property and was worried , poor wifi, low water pressure.. i had none of those problems with 7 people total in the home.. Only thing i could say is this mattresses can use an upgrade .. but I'd definitely come back again especially in The summer.. this place must be amazing!! In the winter 4 by 4 is a must have...

'Wonderful stay here in Ticonderoga for a family wedding! The property was charming. The front porch was so welcoming with comfortable wicker furniture. The house seemed to be recently renovated, and with very good taste. Good parking, very clean, modern roomy kitchen, comfortable, cozy living room, beautiful bathrooms, spacious bedrooms with super comfortable beds. We loved having our morning coffee on the back deck. Highly recommend this lovely property!'

'Place was great but owner should state upfront that there is no WIFI and NO cell service. Kind of needed the WiFi to plan out my vacation plans and not having ANY cell service whatsoever made that impossible. Place was In Great shape , VERY private , driveway was extremely steep making towing my trailer up it a little sketchy. But other than those two issues place was great! '
