'I asked for a room with a handicapped bathroom. My husband is a 100% disabled USMC Vietnam Veteran and, due to his injuries, requires a walk-in shower or at least grab rails in the tub area. None was available, and the desk clerk, when we checked in, said nothing could be done as all handicapped rooms were taken.
