'The beds were nice. Free coffee and tea all day. The people were nice. It's a good quiet place. We didn't use the breakfast or the pool. Both are not in the complex, but in another building. For the swimming you need to pay extra. The rooms smelled a little musty. The shower had no hot water for a longer time, the second person was often cold.'

'The hotel is beautiful, quiet, safe, and cozy, perfectly located near La Merced Church, and the principal park , museums, ATMs, stores, and bars. The entrance is on a peaceful side street, so it’s easy and safe to access. The staff were very polite and helpful, they arranged my airport transfers and a private volcano tour, which was amazing and better priced than outside agencies. Everything was well organized, saving me time since they handled it all. There’s no air conditioning, but the fans...

'The only issue we had was there was no AC and only one stand up fan that was falling apart. I spoke to the prepped manager and they are working on the issue. Overall experience was great! '
