'No breakfast, no parking, by the check out day no internet. Sometimes a strong urine smell would enter the room. They also take 100 dollar deposit. For the rest is the room clean and the staff very kind. Location is amazing 2. I spend around 755 dollars for 3 nights and have to wait 2 weeks to get 100 deposit back. '

'I loved the front desk staff and the property and room were to notch. However, the most concerning was the inability to contact the front desk from the room phone. I tried but was connected with someone in another city who knew nothing about the actual hotel itself. It appeared she was aware I was calling from a Choctaw property of some sort but unaware of the actual property I was calling from. I see this as a potential serious problem. Also be aware that all in room movies appear to cost $25...

The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and well appointed, Each staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and professional. There is a coffee shop , restaurant, and rooftop bar on the property. All were very enjoyable. I highLy recommend The Markham.'

'I had gotten my rate from Expedia when I arrived my reservation was not there and they tried to charge me top rate when I showed my reservation to have the rate fixed it took the 3rd person from another of their properties to fix my rate. The night manager nor the evening clerk nor the customer service could it yet each one told me it was going to be fixed. I’ve been in the hotel industry since 1994 and that was unacceptable. The staff otherwise were very friendly but more honesty is needed....
