'・空港につながっているCTAブルーラインの駅（Cleark/Lake）から徒歩８分程度の場所にあるので、荷物が少なければ交通渋滞を避けられてかつ交通費が安い公共交通機関での移動が可能です。 ・今回　White　Soxの試合観戦が一番の目的でシカゴに行きました。球場の最寄り駅があるRed　Lineの駅（Grant）には徒歩７分程度で便利な場所でした。 ・North　Riverは飲食店が多く賑わっていて　夏季は夜も遅くまで歩くことができるエリアにあり、安心でした。 ・近辺に食事ができるところが豊富にあります。 ・レセプションスタッフは対応がよいです。 ・平日の朝食は６時半からですが　その少し前からコーヒーだけは飲むことができるのは便利です。 ・朝食はシンプルな内容ですが　部屋に持ち帰って食べることもできるので、小さいお子さんがいる場合でも便利かと思いました。 ・朝食会場のレストランは夜は普通にレストランとして賑わっています。人気のお店のようでした。 ・他の方のコメントにありましたが、向かい側に消防署があるので救急車や消防車の出動時には夜中でも大きな音がするのが唯一の難点でした。'

'No breakfast, no parking, by the check out day no internet. Sometimes a strong urine smell would enter the room. They also take 100 dollar deposit. For the rest is the room clean and the staff very kind. Location is amazing 2. I spend around 755 dollars for 3 nights and have to wait 2 weeks to get 100 deposit back. '

'Maybe my expectations were high, considering the high price of the rooms and the fact it’s a well-known hotel. We checked in, made it all the way up to our room and our key didn’t work. I walked down to the desk, they made me a new one, I went back to the room and again it didn’t work. I asked staff if they had a direct line to call if I had more issues and they told me I needed to call from the room (which I obviously couldn’t enter).
