'The water pressure was non-existent and never got hot water in the bathroom sink. The bathroom faucet vet was loose. I was told at check I needed to check out in person, I had to be at an event very early in the morning so I drove back to check out and the office was closed. I called the number on the door and was told just to put the key in a drop box. I wasted at least an hour and 20 miles to drive back. I was not happy and told them so.'

'My buddies and I stayed here during the Seattle to Portland bike ride. Centralia had thousands of people rolling through booking up all the hotels, but Dakota at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly, and was welcoming us and everyone else with a smile. After riding all day, receiving great customer service like that is all you can ask for. The rooms were clean and cozy as well. Great stay!'
