'This is a hidden gem in a maybe not well known, but great Barrio in Buenos Aires, i.e. Almagro. Taxi and Uber work great and cost little, so within minutes you are in Palermo or other Barrios. The owner of Casa Umare, Pablo, was always available for any request and even provided us with metro cards. The house itself is a beautifully restored 100 year old mansion with matching art all around, mostly from Pablo, who is also a gifted artist.'

'Very disappointing experience. The biggest issue with this hotel is the management and their lack of support when problems arise. The internet was extremely slow and constantly disconnecting, making it almost impossible to work or even perform basic online tasks. Since reliable Wi-Fi was one of the reasons I chose this place, this was a major inconvenience. I reported the issue, but the management showed very little interest in helping or resolving the problem. What made the situation worse...

'It was a nice stay and the location was fairly good. Keep in mind it is a bit of a walk or uber ride to the nicer cafes and other points of interest in Palermo. The most important thing to know about this stay is that it is quite noisy. There is a school or daycare centerer that starts very early in the morning and you will hear kids yelling, shouting, and playing starting before 8am. Even with a sound machine it was very loud. There were also parties in the afternoon and evening in the complex,...
