'Casa Ciana ligt in een onprettige buurt. Wij kwamen ‘s avonds aan en wilden graag iets eten. We voelden ons niet veilig om naar een restaurantje te lopen(vervallen buurt, prostituee’s langs de weg en louche barretjes). Het inchecken gaat met codes die je in moet tikken. Heel onpersoonlijk. Je ziet niemand. Onze kamer was piepklein. Ik kon mijn koffer niet openen. De kamer was wel netjes en schoon met een goed bed. De prijs kwaliteit klopt niet. Veel te duur voor hetgeen je krijgt.'

'This location was amazing! The property a selected was a one bedroom and it did not disappoint. This is a great location as it is near a lot of different areas/beaches. It’s 5 min from the choli, less than 7 from La placita, about 15-20 from old San Juan. The property was clean and it was very comfortable. We did not have any issues during our stay. It was easy to access the property/room. About a block away there’s a small bar, Bonanza, which we loved! I will definitely book again with them...

'We were very excited about booking with this hotel and that excitement did not disappear after our arrival. I would say that I feel like there were amenities that were advertised that we would have but didn't, but I think what it was is there are so many chains to this establishment that it's a combo posting. So although we thought a lot of those things would be available to us at this location, they were not such as a spa and And walking right out the door to the beach. But do not get me wrong....

'Everything about this hotel is so charming. The hotel is in a great area walking distance from many delicious restaurants. The area is not overly touristy. We loved the decor from the movement we walked in and the staff was wonderful. We stayed in a junior suite and it was ideal for my husband and I.
