'This facility is disgusting, the front entrance smelled like a urinal! The floors were filthy there was no staff at the site, other customers were locked out of there room for hours and sat in dark lobby! When asked do a refund because of what I saw and refused to stay there, I was denied! So they kept my money and refused to return it ! 'Wanted to give a room without any daylight windows, needed to pay more then 500$ extra for an upgrade to have a room with windows. Charged multiple times for Valet parking while not used, after calls still not solved so now escalated to the credit card company, extreme bad service!'
