'The pictures of this room are exactly what you see in person! Clean room, comfy bed, good tv. Used the desk for miscellaneous things. Luggage rack was handy and very much needed & appreciated the bench at the end of the bed for extra space to put things/sit. Clothes hooks & hangers were handy also. 'Casa Ciana ligt in een onprettige buurt. Wij kwamen ‘s avonds aan en wilden graag iets eten. We voelden ons niet veilig om naar een restaurantje te lopen(vervallen buurt, prostituee’s langs de weg en louche barretjes). Het inchecken gaat met codes die je in moet tikken. Heel onpersoonlijk. Je ziet niemand. Onze kamer was piepklein. Ik kon mijn koffer niet openen. De kamer was wel netjes en schoon met een goed bed. De prijs kwaliteit klopt niet. Veel te duur voor hetgeen je krijgt.'

'Located in the heart of San Juan, you need to book it! Public transportation is a breeze with multiple bus stops in super close proximity and plenty of iconic food options nearby less than 5 minutes away walking. The staff was all super nice and accommodating to us and our day to day needs. Beach is a 10 minute walk up the road from the hotel so you don't even need to go far. The option for parking in the back is there but because of the location of the hotel, you don't even need a car!...

'The grounds and pools were beautiful and convenient to the beach and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Also within walking distance of a Walgreens. The rooms were super clean, the whole place was quietly relaxing. A/C was perfectly comfortable, there was a good sized fridge and microwave in the room. Our bed and pillows were very comfortable and our kids said the pull out sofa bed was also comfortable. The staff was very attentive whenever we had a need. 100% would recommend and...

It was also very clean and comfortable, which made our stay especially enjoyable.
