'The pictures of this room are exactly what you see in person! Clean room, comfy bed, good tv. Used the desk for miscellaneous things. Luggage rack was handy and very much needed & appreciated the bench at the end of the bed for extra space to put things/sit. Clothes hooks & hangers were handy also. Great/cute mini fridge that is bigger than most. A freeze that actually freezes things..left a big water bottle half full & and another too, forgot about them & when I opened it they were completely...

We voelden ons niet veilig om naar een restaurantje te lopen(vervallen buurt, prostituee’s langs de weg en louche barretjes). Het inchecken gaat met codes die je in moet tikken. Heel onpersoonlijk. Je ziet niemand. Onze kamer was piepklein. Ik kon mijn koffer niet openen. De kamer was wel netjes en schoon met een goed bed. De prijs kwaliteit klopt niet. Veel te duur voor hetgeen je krijgt.'

'Located in the heart of San Juan, you need to book it! Public transportation is a breeze with multiple bus stops in super close proximity and plenty of iconic food options nearby less than 5 minutes away walking. The staff was all super nice and accommodating to us and our day to day needs. Beach is a 10 minute walk up the road from the hotel so you don't even need to go far. The option for parking in the back is there but because of the location of the hotel, you don't even need a car!...

I wasn’t aware the rooms are all on the second floor, which we had to drag two heavy luggage bags up a very narrow flight of stairs! Also, the floors were not very clean, after we got out of the shower, our feet got dirty if we weren’t wearing shoes. 'Staff was excellent. The jacuzzi was not working property. Pool was clean. Room was cozy. Love that we were could request a ride to the beach on the hotel golf cart. They also picked us up. '
