'In general a successful stay. We found the front desk staff somewhat condescending during most interactions during our stay. The rest of the staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful. There are radical differences between suites throughout the various buildings. Ours was very tired, showing its 30+ years with very few updates. No fridge, cracked bathroom counters and inconsistent water controls. On the plus side the AC worked very well. Restaurant and cafe service and food were always...

'They are still in the process of remodeling and adding on. They are building a restaurant right by the pool so you could hear that construction while at the pool. Only one out of five elevators were working. The fire alarm went off everyday due to them working on the elevators. The breakfast buffet was in the sports bar due to remodeling. We will go back eventually, just going to wait two years.'

'We loved how central to everything this hotel is located at! Really appreciated the parking space always available as we came in and out the hotel throughout the 5 days we'd stayed. The front desk people and all the staff were very helpful, kind and professional at all times.
Loved the suite room! Very spacious, very clean, very comfortable, the ocean view was fantastic!! And the easy access to the beach at walking distance was just perfectly handy to walk to and enjoy the beach! Residents and...
