'This was our second time staying at the Omni King Edward. Overall it’s a pleasant stay, the staff is very welcoming and friendly. When we arrived in the room the AC was broken, it was on constantly, pretty loud and it didn’t cool all that much. Based on the state of the room, it was clear someone had been trying to fix it but didn’t fix it in time. 'I dont know where to start We were 3 people on a business trip for 5 days. We had to cancel our stay at RIU hotel for the bad customer service we go lt. so i had to book some place as last minute, it was almost midnight! So i found this listing with a reasonable price and very close to MTCC where the event was held. 'Ideale ligging, veel op loop afstand. Makkelijk bereikbaar vanuit union station via de Skywalk loop je zo naar het hotel. Alles netjes, schoon en badkamer en bed waren top. 1 nadeel geluidsoverlast vanaf het treinspoor wat direct achter het hotel loopt, maar af wat wil je in een grote stad. '
