'Nice new building with a lovely pool and pool deck. Only downsides were: it was a fairly long hike north or south to the nearest towns. So be prepared to walk unless you have a car. Kitchen was missing some basics. I would also suggest a few more amenities in the suite such as a few books to share; an info sheet on things like the wifi code, what to do with garbage, etc. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.'

'Very good location. Our host responded very quickly to our questions. My only constructive criticisms are, salty water in tap water, thinking maybe water softener is turned up too high causing salty water. Hair dryer would be nice. We loved the space, cleanliness and overall location of the property and would definitely consider staying there again.'

'We really enjoyed our stay in San Pancho - what a unique and quaint little beach town! We'll definitely be back! Great restaurants!! 'Insanely beautiful house and view. I can’t say enough about this rental. It’s as gorgeous as the pictures. The staff is onsite and very helpful. It’s a bit of a walk in town but didn’t stop us. The subdivision is lovely. Bed was lovely, shower had hot water, necessities were there…….everything is as pictured. Sat in the 2 rocking chairs for 10 days!! Thanks to all.'

'We had a marvelous stay at Las Palapas. It is a beautiful property in a spectacular location. There is a small, private beach right next to the property and a safe area for snorkeling right in front of the house.
