'My family and I stayed with this host during the 2024 solar eclipse (which happened to be my daughter’s birthday)! We had an absolutely fantastic day. My daughters and their cousins loved going to the barn and visiting the animals – especially the barn cats! The hosts have really thought of everything. Traveling with a five year-old and a two year-old is never easy, but all the thoughtful family touches some much needed help during our trip. Thank you again, we would 100% recommend this property...

The “Nest” is CLEAN, well appointed and full of thoughtful amenities—kitchen fully stocked with everything you need. 'The Marilla rental is beautiful. The layout of the house was perfect for our three-family gathering. All 6 cousins bunked together. They loved having their own space. Grill, outdoor fire-pit/furniture and large yard allowed for fresh air and more additional space. Excellent stay. I recommend visiting 189 Burger in East Aurora for lunch.'

This was our second Christmas staying here and we have already reserved Christmas next year for our annual Christmas visit (my husband is from the area). It was perfect for our little family. Plenty of room, close to grocery store, safe and quiet. Has all of the basics you need other than food. Highly recommend.'

'Couldn’t ask for a better location. 15 - 20 min walk to the gate. Parking is included with your stay and you don’t have to fight the traffic. House is dated in areas but you can clearly see the host is making improvements. Fully stocked kitchen with all your basic essentials. Also plenty of cleaning products and disinfectant supplies. Stocked coffer (bar) & free snacks were a nice surprise to find at our arrival. Bathroom had plenty of towels and there is provided shampoo and conditioner....

'The plus is the location. We went to the Naval Park in Buffalo. We visited many friends and family in the area. The Shur Fine store was very handy, as was Dairy Queen and Tim Hortons. The pool was our favorite amenity. Its wonderful. The host was excellent with communicating.'

'We came for the 2024 eclipse and it was great! The lake was really nice to walk around, Niagara Falls was less than an hour away and the back deck and firepit made watching the eclipse easy and relaxing. The kitchen was easy to use and the beds were comfy, a great place to stay!'

'Every year we plan a trip to Ellicottville to get a few days of skiing in. This year we had a mixed group of families with kids ranging from 15 to 6. This house had the perfect set up with lots of sleeping options, common space, and plenty of fun for the kids between the games, PS3, pool table, pac man arcade, and campfire. The hot tub was also nice after skiing all day. This is the second property we have stayed at of the owners. They are absolutely wonderful. Their properties are always...

'Good communication with owners…helpful directions & info We loved the area, especially Marilla County Store( spent 2 hrs still didn’t see it all!) enjoyed walks in neighborhood!! Alton’s restaurant has good brunch, TGS family owned barbecue out of this world!! Both close by. Pretty Victorian interior, clean bright open kitchen, charming parlor, bed comfortable, bathroom showers need to be cleaned better ( only disappointment) Overall, 3 1/2 - 4 stars rating. Nice experience!! Love this area!!'
