'Very beautiful kept grounds, helpful staff and our room was great.
However there could be some evening entertainment and a changing menu.
Was there a 5 days and for lunch/dinner the same menu to choose from.
Also the wifi was pretty bad at times.'

'The stay was nice. The WiFi connection was not great, and I planned to use the internet for some work so that wasn’t helpful. We were not told about the $200 per night hold before arriving, and we did not see the policy on the website. More activities and complimentary entertainment or shows on the shore club properties would be nice.'

The room, the service, the staff, the restaurants, and of course the beach!

'This hotel was absolutely breath-taking. As soon as we checked in, my girlfriend and I loved our room and the amazing pool and ocean view that came with it. The pool was only a few steps away from our front patio, which was really convenient. After visiting Grace Bay beach (about a 10 min drive away), we realized that we loved how more subdued our hotel was compared to the resorts from the Grace Bay area. 'Beautiful villa. Our butler Saman was amazing. It’s a bit away, about 10mins from the main action. We had rental cars and it was perfect. We were able to explore but also come back to our villa to enjoy the pool annd the lagoon beach. We had ages 5 to 75 annd everyone walked away with a great time. Amenities are plentiful. Highly recommend!'
