'Everything was good. The location is great. Steps to the beach which offers some nice snorkeling right there.
The only thing that was subpar was the location of our room. I think we had the only room without a balcony and the only window we had was facing the side of a balcony (about 5 feet away) of an occupied room, so we had to keep our blinds closed the whole time. Good thing we didn’t spend too much time in there.'

'We had a wonderful time at Neptune Villas and were sad to leave! The property is as described and shown in the images. The private pool at the villas was amazing and the deck outside is where we spent most of our time just enjoying the view over Chalk Sound. Be aware there is not really any items in the kitchen as far as oil, ketchup, etc. There is salt and pepper and that is all. All the pots, pans, plates are there though. 'This is a gem of a hotel! The pick you up and bring you to the airport, besides that they have a shuttle service to the town en beach. The people of the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful.
The room is immaculately clean and comfortable, with a bed never to step out again. The have netflix with I think unlimited excess to a zillion hours of television. There is a coffee machine, microwave, fridge.

'Location is perfect for access beach location. Eating options was good. 3 restaurants on site to choose from. The staff was excellent. Turndown/room service twice/day. Fabulous to have. Experience no issues. Contacted them for minor thing with door, but tech was at the room less than 60 seconds. This place was on it. Will definitely return!'
