'The house, pool, and property are all very beautiful and private. Judy, the host, was extremely responsive to all our questions. Her grounds keeper also watered the plants and cleaned the pool every morning, and provided us with a fresh tank of drinking water during our stay. There were some beach chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach, which we took advantage of a few times. Mostly we enjoyed swimming at the house and playing games poolside. One thing to note, there is no A/C in the sunroom...

'We loved staying on Chalk Sound, very close to both Taylor Bay and Sapodilla beach. Quiet area with great views of Silly Creek and the sound. Adele was very responsive and easy to work with. We would confidently recommend this property. '

'Booked this property for a getaway with friends having never stayed in Provo. We had the best time, and it was the perfect location! It is a treehouse like atmosphere, but equipped had all the amenities we needed for the week and it was only a short drive away from a number of restaurants and activities. We loved Taylor Beach, which was only a short distance from the property and walkable. We can’t wait to visit Poinciana again! '

'The host could not have been more helpful and friendly! Pool was a little cool and didn't get a lot of sun but we were always able to find some sun on the pool deck. When we booked the listing said a hot tub was there but none was available so that was a disappointment. Close to all beaches and in a quiet safe neighborhood . Worked out perfectly for us, would recomend it to anyone traveling there.'

'Amazing condo! Great amenities in the house. Wagon for our son and beach items, beach chairs, beach umbrellas! Walking distance to Grace Bay strip. Awesome pool in the backyard. Everything was super clean! Communication with host was quick, helpful and easy! Would absolutely stay again '

'Property manager Aggie was just a delight. She was a very friendly and knowledgeable host throughout our stay. There were unlimited amenities and ALL the comforts of home. This place could be as much the serenity zone as it is designed to be the party zone. So close to the beach at the Shore Club and Grace Bay a really short drive away.'

'The owner was prompt in answering questions. This location is a short walk to turtle cove marina and a shirt 10min drive from grace bay and all the shops. Property was clean. The only thing I would say is that it is located on the 3rd floor with no elevators. The steps are hard and slippery when wet. I wouldnt advise that a senior citizen or disabled person rent. If you have a lot of bags, you WILL get tired bringing them up the flights of stairs. '
