'We got a balcony like we asked for (though not guaranteed), and they allowed us to check in early when our room was available and clean. The room was nice, modern, and had just about everything we needed. The reception just downstairs was available at reasonable hours to accommodate however they could, whether that be extra towels or blankets. Oh, and the location is phenomenal, so close to amazing restaurants and bars (check out Lime), and the old venetian harbor is easily walkable (10-15min)!...

'We arrived there and we had to call the reception desk because the front door was locked but everything went smoothly as the person arrived there in 10 minutes. Though, we hadn't any information about breakfast or anything apart from which room was ours. The room itself is ok for the price but the bed could've been a bit comfier and the bathing area a bit bigger so one person can fit normally. The breakfast was amazing! Not only the food was really good but also the service was top level.'

'The space was all I needed. The location was in the heart of the car free old town area. More the enough shopping and restaurants were extremely close by. I took the bus from the Chania airport and walked maybe 5 to 10 minutes. Incredibly convenient location and easy to access.'

'Very nice property tucked away in the Old Town where all the action is food and shopping wise! George and his staff were very very amenable and ready to make sure we loved our stay. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was amazing! Great choice, fresh and generous portions. A couple of days we had early departures and George arrange for a takeaway breakfast option for us. I also needed laundry and George helped make it happen while we were out enjoying Crete! Important to note that the apartments...
