I was texting her through WhatsApp 2 weeks before our trip with different questions, and she was both pleasant and timely with responses. On top of that, our room was incredible. 'We arrived there and we had to call the reception desk because the front door was locked but everything went smoothly as the person arrived there in 10 minutes. Though, we hadn't any information about breakfast or anything apart from which room was ours. The room itself is ok for the price but the bed could've been a bit comfier and the bathing area a bit bigger so one person can fit normally. The breakfast was amazing! Not only the food was really good but also the service was top level.'
