Most of the valet staff is nice but one guy was rude and condescending and visibly annoyed answering questions. 'The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and there was ample space to move around - big rooms! We consistently had a problem with our key card which was frustrating - no reflection on the staff. And, this may seem like a small thing, but the towels are very rough. '
