'Hotel was under renovations, that was not communicated previously. They had no breakfast which was included. The entire property smelled like paint and once in the room there was no toilet paper, tried calling the front desk but the phones didnt work. A lot of guests were unpleased and the staff was not very helpful'

'The property was very clean and convenient to our plans. Plenty of parking. The main bedroom had a door, so someone could still watch tv or cook in kitchen and not disturb someone sleeping. The full size refrigerator was super. It was definitely better than the mini fridges in other hotels. I absolutely loved that there was a separate area to do my hair and makeup. Location: great access to Loop 1 to get to downtown. Grocery store was only 10 min away. Plenty of eateries in the area. '

'I had a very disappointing stay at this Super 8. The room smelled strongly of mold and was very dark and damp, making it uncomfortable to spend any time in. The air felt heavy, and it seemed like there was little to no ventilation. The shower was another issue—the water had a strange, unpleasant smell and the water pressure was uncomfortably strong. It didn’t feel clean or refreshing at all. To top it off, the swimming pool didn’t seem well-maintained either. The water didn’t look clean and...
