Also it took about 30 minutes or more for her to check me in, cuz she couldn't find my reservation when I had my receipt on my phone. So the whole trip was blah....'

A chic version of an Austin oasis on a campus of oaks in the heart of South Austin. The totality of the experience outshines any tiny nitpicks (as an example: a beautiful armoire that contains the TV and mini-bar/fridge took up a lot of space in a tidy room) and it was easily a five-star experience. Can't wait to go back.'

Not a major issue, but worth mentioning. The location is a bit off the beaten path. You'll likely need to drive to most places, even areas that appear relatively close on the map.
