'Booked for a non smoking room, got to room, got a smoking room. Called from desk, man told me to come back to office to check my reservation, just to go all the way to the office and show I had a non smoking room reserved and he said well I don’t have any non smoking rooms available which I’m sure was a lie because why would he make me come up there just to not have another room available he just didn’t want to fix his mess up, he had a terrible attitude. 'Beds were unmade when we arrived; did not look like the room had been vacuumed, much less mopped. No cups for the coffee, and I have never seen such small bottles of soap. Customers could be warned ahead of time.'
