'There are steps down to this convenient, functional apartment that functioned as the hub for our 2 day stay. Just a few minutes walk to the nearby Cushman market and cafe for essential sustenance. Lee is a great host and quick to field any questions.'

'Clean quiet mother in law type unit attached to the main dwelling. The hosts were friendly and attentive to any needs, of which there were very few. Fridge was stocked with milk, eggs, butter, English muffins and bagels. Also beer and some juice. Fresh fruit on the table. We had a wonderful stay.'

'Clean and spacious apartment, close to campus - just what I needed. Loved the purple bedroom! Some noise from street (it is right on Route 7) and downstairs tenants. Potential guests should know that it is an upstairs apartment at the top of a steep staircase. This was fine for me but if someone is mobility-challenged or has heavy luggage, it could be an issue for them.'

'Husband and I spent a lovely weekend in March at this in law apartment attached to host’s main house. Loved the hot tub, the cleanliness, parking, convenience. So close to North Adams and Williamstown museums, good restaurants and lots of hiking. The only downside was that we could hear the kids on the other side of the wall, so if this was meant to be a really romantic getaway that could’ve been a problem. Host was responsive, friendly, laid back and not at all in our way.'

'We love Tanglewood and wanted to stay for the James Taylor concert over the 4th. this was a terrific place for us and another couple. Lots of room! we enjoyed playing cards and eating out on the deck. the awning came in handy when it started to sprinkle. it is a quiet neighborhood and only 15 minutes to Tanglewood. We cooked all of our meals and the kitchen was spacious and ideal. The house is on the older side but we found it charming. The ACs worked well to keep us cool.'

'This is my favorite unit of all the units I have stayed in! The pirate stuff was so cool and we could see our kids ski from the inside! The owner is so easy to communicate with. 'We had a very pleasant stay at Bear Creek Cabin. It’s just a short ride to Berkshire East for skiing and snow tubing. The house is beautiful and has all the essentials. Bunk room was perfect for the kids, and upstairs open master bedroom had beautiful views. We’d love to come back in the summer to enjoy the creek and warm weather activities. 'Flight's End was more wonderful than we anticipated. The home is cozy with all the things you need for a relaxing visit. We enjoyed the beauty of the area, the excitement of the pond (kayaking, otters, beavers and ducks) and took some of the helpful suggestions of our hosts. We will definitely be bac!'
