'This hotel lived up to the reviews. Dana at the front desk was welcoming, informative, and efficient. My room was large, with a nice kitchenette, all the needed amenities, a very comfortable king size bed with a nice headboard, and room was attractively, decorated. Also, a great value my room rate was significantly lower than other hotels, and with higher quality Moody Street, within walking distance, has a wide variety of bars and restaurants. It's surrounded by so many great shops (Ulta, Marshals, Starbucks Ben & Jerrys and many great restaurants), making everything easy and convenient. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from start to finish. The breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of options, and the rooms were gorgeous, spacious, clean, and very comfortable. But in my opinion you pay for amenities and extra's, hygiëne is a basic even if you pay 20 or 300$ a night. The sheets were clean but that was it, the room hadn't been cleaned for weeks and not deep cleaned for months or even years.
