'Hotel has a pop-culture theme with lots of Hollywood and Musical memorabilia. It is located near several shopping malls. Restaurant & Bar open at 5pm, so no lunch. Staff was good. Otherwise it is a typical Hilton property.'

'Op zich prima, maar niet heel schoon.'

'The Forest room was large, inviting, and very clean. Loved the rug, couch, fireplace, desk area. Mattress was very firm and pillows were uncomfortable, being both flat and dense/hard. A couple minor maintenance things noted, like missing/broken bathroom hardware, and the outlet in the bedside lamp doesn't work (as I discovered in the morning when my phone hadn't charged overnight). I have never stayed in a place that does not have one box of tissues in the room. Coffee and snacks in the common...

'This well appointed suite was the perfect home station for our week in Boston. Staff was knowledgeable about public transportation and nearby services. A lovely walk along the Charles River runs right behind the hotel.'

'staff was great but they failed to let us know there was no hot water when we got there and it was 40 out side we did let the front desk know they sent someone up to act like they were going to fix it but come to find out one of their boilers were down and could not keep up with the amount of guest they had checked in.'

'Everything here was wonderful made my birthday stay such a pleasure definitely recommend and will be back! The breakfast was really good too'

'Not as expected at all. The bathroom had mold. Breakfast was horrible.'
